Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, the minimum total cart value to place an order is ₹3,000. You are completely free to mix and match individual pieces or buy single items, as long as the total cart value reaches ₹3,000 at checkout.
How are shipping charges calculated?
To ensure safe transit for fragile and heavy metal awards, shipping charges are calculated and collected upon delivery (Pay on Delivery). The cost depends on the total weight and quantity of trophies purchased in your shipment.
Are there additional packing fees?
To protect your custom trophies during shipment, specialized protective wooden framing and shock-absorption packaging are applied:
- Orders below ₹8,000: A nominal packaging fee of ₹250 applies.
- Orders above ₹8,000: Packaging fees are dynamically tiered based on total order size and complexity.
What is the standard production time?
Standard production and hand-finishing take 2 to 7 business days after artwork approval. Bulk corporate orders or complex bespoke designs may require additional lead time.
